We have a secure electronic keypad deadbolt access on the front door. You will receive a code to open the door the day before your check-in. Simply touch the panel to wake it up then enter the code and press the open padlock icon. Once inside you can lock manually. When you leave, just touch the panel and press the padlock icon and it should lock. Please make sure that doors and sliding door are locked when checking out.

Our home isn’t setup for pets. Guests will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $250 if found to have broken this rule.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
Our insurance requires that the primary renter must be 25 or older and staying at the property.

Cancellation Policy
100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Cancellation deadlines are in the property's time zone (Central).
Notes
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11:00AM.

PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after each use. If dirty dishes are left after checkout, an extra $15 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can because we do not have a garbage disposal in the sink.

Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed overnight. A $25 charge will be added for every extra guest that is observed staying overnight. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (7).

If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges of $50, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Please do not take any towels or linens from our home! If any are missing, you will be charged for replacements.
